ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Start date for all fall practices is August 8, 2012. Paperwork will be available after July 1 in the QHS Athletic Office or at QJHS. All paperwork must be filled out before athletes can start practice on August 8.
Physical dates for sports physicals for the 2012-13 school year have been announced. Quincy Medical Group will have physicals on Wednesday, June 13, and Tuesday, July 24, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Appointments are necesssary and can be made by calling 228-2323. Physicals are $10 each. Advance Physical Therapy will have physicals on Tuesday, June 5, and Tuesday, July 31, from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Appointments are necessary and can be made by calling 222-9300. The physical form is available on the right side of this page under "Athlete's Required Physical Form." A sports physical will not work for the required 9th grade physical but a 9th grade physical is good for a sports physical.
