Now that we have had time to settle in
(and I have found a few minutes to
spare) , I would like to inform
parents/guardians that we will try to
keep you informed about what is going on
here at Baldwin by way of this
newsletter. On a somewhat regular basis
(once a month if possible) students will
bring home this newsletter highlighting
all the activities and exciting things
that go on at Baldwin. It is our
intention to share some of the great
things that occur at our school.
Let me start this first newsletter by
introducing our new staff in South

We are excited to have added such quality
people to our staff.
We have had a spectacular start to this
school year. Our new 4th graders began the
year with a very successful orientation
day. This certainly helped out the
transitioning from the K-3 buildings to
Baldwin. Of course, our returning 5th and
6th graders know what to expect and handled
the opening weeks very appropriately. Our
staff has been instrumental in making the
start of the school year a great experience
for students and their parents. Thanks to
all!
