A NOTE FROM THE PRINCIPAL

Welcome to Monroe Elementary! Monroe offers a positive learning atmosphere that welcomes exploration and enhances student growth, both academically and socially.  Our mission is to offer opportunities that assist each child in reaching his/her potential.  The Monroe staff is dedicated to making school enjoyable and exciting, and most importantly, helping students LEARN!!

As the new principal of Monroe Elementary, I am both pleased and excited to become a part of the Monroe community.  It will be a pleasure to honor the established traditions as we continue to grow and constantly strive for improvement together.  In that regard, a home-school partnership is extremely important; therefore, parental involvement is encouraged and families are welcome in our school.  Together, we can make the educational experience of your child a wonderful one.  Please feel free to call or stop by anytime.
