Supported Software
Application Software Support Criteria:
Software titles will be categorized into
the following three categories: FULL,
LIMITED & UNSUPPORTED
THIS IS NOT A STATIC LIST - If you do
not see a software title that is needed
by your school or department on any of
our lists, please have your principal or
department chair submit it to the
Technology Department for testing.
FULL
SUPPORT SOFTWARE
The
Technology Department will provide its
highest level of support for the
software listed under Full Support.
This means that computers can be quickly
reinstated.

SUPPORT SOFTWARE
If a
title is listed under Limited Support,
the software is allowable on any
district computers, but it may
experience more interruptions of
operation than Fully Supported
software. Due to technical
difficulties, it is a much longer
process to reinstate the computer
software. For this reason, Limited
Support software should not be used for
essential instruction or business
purposes.
