Printing with Canon Uniflow Online from Windows
QPS utilizes Uniflow Online for cloud printing and scanning.
When you print to uniFLOW, your print job is stored in the cloud and can be accessed from any district copier (except for small desktop copiers).
These steps are for printing from Windows.

To print to uniFLOW from Windows:
First of all, confirm the Uniflow app is running by looking for the uniflow icon on the taskbar:
If it does not appear in the taskbar, to open the uniFLOW app:
Click start, then type in ‘uniflow’, then select ‘uniFLOW SmartClient’:
Once the uniflow app is confirmed, find the document you wish to print, and
bring up the print dialog for your document, and select the ‘uniFLOW Secure Print’ printer:
Select your printing preferences, and print.
Your job will be sent to your uniFLOW cloud print queue.
To retrieve your print job from any copier:
On the copier screen, scroll right to find the ‘Secure Print’ button and select it:
On the next screen, you can choose to enter your Employee ID or scan your ID badge on the card reader.
*If your badge does not work, please contact us and we will get it registered for you.
The next screen will show your print queue. Select the job you wish to print and follow the prompts!
