1. Release of RFP February 23, 2017
2. Deadline for Proposal Submission March 17, 2017
3. Evaluation of Responses March 20, 2017
4. Vendor Chosen March 22, 2017
5. Board Approval March 22, 2017
5. Fully defined plan for migration May 1, 2017
6. New site live with all content migrated and up to date July 1, 2017
