Return to In-Person Learning 2nd Semester
The following message is for current QJHS remote learners only. Please click here for directions.
In order to prepare for the second semester, we need to know how many students are returning to in-person learning.
Due to restrictions on class sizes, the number of students returning may change the way your child’s instruction is delivered. This change would only have an impact on those returning and not those who are already in-person. For example, if the number of students who re-enter exceeds the class size limitations, we may need to utilize a self-contained classroom, with one teacher teaching all subjects for those who return to in-person. Students who began the year with in-person learning, but have since switched to remote, cannot be guaranteed placement in their previous classroom.
Starting on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, all requests for students to return to in-person learning at QJHS during the second semester should be completed by the parent or guardian in Skyward by 3 p.m. on November 6, 2020. Requests to return to in-person learning made after the November 6th deadline will not be honored. This ONLY needs to be completed by those who are currently remote learners. If your son or daughter currently attends in-person, no changes are needed.
If you have trouble completing the form, please call the QJHS Main Office at 222-3073 extension 4.
After schedules are completed, you will receive a phone call from QJHS confirming your student’s placement prior to December 18, 2020.

6th Grade Student Orientation/Virtual Tour
Due to COVID-19 related restrictions, we were not able to provide our 6th Grade/New Student Orientation this year. Thank you Mike Llewelyn, current 8th grade counselor, for putting in many hours over the last four weeks to make this virtual tour a reality.
