Quincy High School Junior/Senior Prom 2023 Information 

The QHS Junior/Senior Prom is from 8:00-11:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at The Ambiance.  Bids will be sold during lunch hours on April 20^th, 21^st, and 24^th in The Commons.  Bids will be sold at The Academy on April 25^th.  If a QHS student wants to bring an Outside Guest, those requests can be picked up in the Main Office or are online at qps.org.  Outside Guest Requests are due to Mr. Wellman by April 19^th – however, the sooner the better to deal with any issues.  Outside Guests must be at least high school age and may not be 21 years old (or older) on the date of the dance.  If Outside Guest Requests are turned in at the last minute, students may not be able to purchase bids until the 24^th.  Several checks must be made to ensure QHS student and guest safety at the dance.

* If a QHS Junior/Senior is attending with another QHS Junior/Senior, EACH student will purchase their own Single Bid.

** A QHS Junior/Senior attending with an Outside Guest or a QHS Freshman/Sophomore should NOT purchase a Single Bid.  The Double Bid/Outside Guest Bid accounts for BOTH the QHS Junior/Senior and their guest.

*** Quincy Academy students may bring Outside Guests with the approval of The Academy Staff and the QHS standard procedures.

No bids will be sold at the door.  Photo ID (Student ID, driver’s license, passport, etc.) is required to purchase bid.  Photo ID is also required by QHS Student and Guest when checking in at the dance. Any questions, please contact Mr. Wellman.   

Bids (Tickets) are $30 for a Single Bid and $60 for a Double/Outside Guest Bid.  REMEMBER – no student should purchase both a Single and Double/Outside Guest Bid.  It is one or the other!!!
